Our UA 170 delegates spent the weekend listening, learning, networking and knowledge-sharing with tradeswomen from across North America at the Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) conference. They also marched through the streets of Chicago, chanting and carrying our UA 170 banner with pride!
TWBN is the largest gathering of unionized tradeswomen in the world and is dedicated to empowering women to join the skilled trades in greater numbers. The conference was an amazing experience for all involved and we look forward to doing it again next year!
