Share information about workplace rights, wages, benefits, and other advantages of being a union member
Meet with workers confidentially to discuss specific workplace concerns
Meet with workers in safe, convenient locations outside the workplace when appropriate
Explain how the process works
Answer questions honestly
Help workers explore their options if they’re interested
