Call for Notice of Motions to propose New Bylaws or Amend existing Bylaws

1.  Proposed New Bylaws – 1st Reading

Section 8:  Bylaw Committee & Amendments

8.01  (a)  In order to propose a new Bylaw or Working Rule, or amend an existing Bylaw or Working Rule, a Notice of Motion must be submitted at the first Regular Membership Meeting of the calendar year and shall be voted upon, at the Annual General Meeting and Annual Area Meetings throughout the province. 

(i)      A Notice of Motion for a new Bylaw or Working Rule must be signed by three (3) members in good standing. 

(ii)     A Notice of Motion to amend an existing Bylaw or Working Rule must be signed by three (3) members in good standing.
