Special Card Called Meeting – UA 40th Convention Resolutions
The 40th Conventionof the United Association will convene on Monday, August 23, 2021 in one ofthree formats depending on the restrictions in place due to COVID-19; inperson, virtual, or semi-virtual (with some delegate participating in personand some participating virtually).
As per Section 25 of the UA Constitution, any resolutions for the Convention must be filed no later than May 25, 2021. Resolutions are to be approved by the Local Union. A Special Card Called Meeting will be held on April 29, 2021, to review, discuss and vote upon any proposed Resolutions.
If you have a Convention Resolution that you would like to propose, please email it to [email protected] no later than 5:00 pm April 22, 2021. The resolution should include your full name and UA card number.
