On behalf of UA Canada, we are pleased to welcome you to the MembersHealth Signature Member & Family Assistance Program (MFAP). UA Canada is proud to provide you and your eligible dependents with access to confidential support services designed to support your overall health and well-being.
MembersHealth’s primary goal is to provide comprehensive care services that prioritize the well-being of members and their families. We firmly believe that a healthy community begins with the health and happiness of its individuals, and we are dedicated to supporting you in achieving and maintaining optimal well-being.
This program has been made available by UA Canada to ensure members and
their families have access to professional, confidential assistance whenever they need it.
The MFAP provides a safe, trusted environment where individuals can seek support with confidence, knowing their privacy is protected. Starting October 1, 2026, you will have access to an extensive network of healthcare professionals, mental health supports, and a wide range of work-life services.
Whether you need help with prescriptions, diagnostics, specialist referrals, short-term counselling, trauma support, legal services, financial guidance, or nutritional counselling, we can help.
MembersHealth’s dedicated team is committed to helping meet your unique wellness needs. UA Canada recognizes the unique pressures, demands, and challenges that members and their families may face both on and off the job.
Through the MFAP, you have access to resources and support services that prioritize your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, helping you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support.
