A MASSIVE accomplishment by UA 170 members!
Site C is now fully operational with the sixth and final generating unit now online. Site C has the capacity to generate more than 1,100 megawatts of electricity and enough energy to power about 500,000 homes a year.
This is thanks in large part to the hard work, sacrifice and expertise of hundreds of UA 170 members who have been building the dam since 2016. The province of British Columbia is better because of your contributions!
