UA 170 leaders represented our local proudly in Las Vegas at the United Assoiation/Mechanical Contractors Association of America Labor Relations Conference at the Bellagio Hotel. It was jointly hosted by the two organizations.
Our representatives networked and discussed how to build better labour-management collaboration and alignment on growth strategies for union mechanical construction and service work.
They also discussed workforce labour requirements, workforce development, organizing, service work and emerging markets. Thanks to all who attended this important event!
